Sinopse: O Hospital Geral de Manhattan internou uma série de jovens mulheres que foram estupradas por algo sobrenatural . O agressor só ataca as mulheres que são virgens . A Dra. Pace e o Detective Andriotti trabalham em conjunto para tentar isolar o estranho material orgânico encontrado nas vítimas e para tentar localizar o demônio. Em seguida as vítimas começam a sentir os efeitos provenientes de um transe e saem do hospital por uma passagem subterrânea, onde um terrível destino as aguarda.


An otherwordly perpetrator has been attacking female virgins in Manhattan. As Dr. Pace and Detective Andriotti work together to identify the strange organic materials found on the women, the victims begin arising in a trance and leaving the hospital.
