Uma grande multinacional é abalada pelo suicídio de três de seus funcionários. Sofía Cuevas (Maribel Verdú), gerente sênior da empresa, está encarregada de realizar um relatório interno que tenta esclarecer o que aconteceu. Em seus encontros com os trabalhadores, ela descobrirá abusos de poder, mentiras encobertas e um ambiente de trabalho enfermo.
